complaint about bed

Good Day i would like to know what can i do. i bought a Restonic queens size bed from Bradlows in Queenstown some years back . We had a problem with the bed where the stitching came loose on the mattress . We complained to the store where we purchased the bed . The store after a long while send someone to replace the mattress . ( my wife and i was not there ). we contacted the store the next day as the mattress was not the same as the base. The base was brown in color and the mattress was blue . it has been more then 18 months now and the manager has changed in the mean time. when we contacted Bradlows head office the said we will have to pay for the mattress if we want them to attend to our problem . i thank you Aloisius Alexander email ***
