Complaint

Good day On the 08 December 2020 went to report my Plasma Tv at bradlows gugulethu square that it has a problem , at the store met the sales lady by the name of Vathiswa . She told me that if I bring the tv to the store it will stay there for 2 weeks at the store and repair companies will be closed by then and I will only recieve my tv end January so they won’t take it . Next day called the customer service told them what happened then they advice that I should take it back to the store and they must log a complaint . 09 dec 2020 went back to the store told my story to the store manager , I could see that the sales lady is nervous cause she never gave me a proper customer service and gave me the wrong information . 09 Dec 2020 she logged my repair complaint and I left the tv at the store . 11 January 2021 went back to the store spoke with the same lady Vathiswa , I asked her what is happening with my TV she said the tv is still at the store because bradlows repairs company they don’t collect things at guguletu Square . Now as an insurance payer and still paying my installment every month with a tv that is not here and also it has warranty ... I don’t know what do !!!!
