Complaint

Extremely dissatisfied with the service AT BRADLOWS SPRINGS branch. When I tried to lodge a complaint, I was met with complete indifference and a lack of concern. The staff seemed unwilling to help and full off stories, and my issue was brushed off like it was no big deal I lodge this complaint since from last year November till today am not being assisted . Unbelievable that a BRADLOWS can't take care of its customers' problems. 0/10 would not recommend.
