Complaining about bradlows poor service

Bradlows is giving me a problem, concerning my headboard, since last year I've been complaining about a peeling headboard they've been giving me a run around.. suddenly they said my quire was rejected because they believe that their this chemical that in using to clean the headboard.. that is it's peeling..I mean how can I use a chemical on my headboard..I sent them pics last year Dec.. what painful is we are paying every month, but when we are having an issue they treat us like idiots.. now the sales person she's blue ticking me ..I can't b paying this amount of money for something that I'm not happy about & it's still under warranty and also it's my fault that the headboard is peeling.. I'm so frustrating and I don't know how to deal with this issue anymore.. even if you DM them they take like forever to respond.. this is my last resort, kindly help us
