Complain which was not attended from december 2017 to december 2018 up until now my probled is not solved.

In december 20 17 I bought a new lounge suit and a tv stand from bradlows they gave me a stand which was on display, I complained to Loreen the manager that I did not buy a stand which was on display she said they said I can choose another stand but I will pay the full amount., even the delivery took centuries, when they delivering the staff was both giving me a problem, I went back to bradlows to lay my complain ( 431 Church Street P.M.Burg) luckily the area manager Mr Charles Litch was in, he phoned the suppliers and they prmised do to another new stand for me but after that Charles did not come back to me for the update as he promised, with the lounge sweet he said they can repair the lounge suit where there is a problem and I again complained that I did not buy a second hand lounge suit if so I should have gone to the second hand shop and buy a second hand lounge suit. In december last year I went back to the shop Mr Charles was there he did not take care of me he was busy with the manager Loreen he said he is sending the email to the head office I waited for the response till then and he continued with what he was doing and I asked must I wait or instead he was more than the word RUDE itself he did not answer me and the attitude was so disgusting and I asked that is this the way bradlows is working and treating their custormers he did not answer me. Loreen phoned me saying they can give me R500 for the stand, I do not want the money I need a new stand and with the lounge suit they said nothingthey can do . I said to Charles why they are making their problem my problem cause it is not my fault that the staff is damaged. I was so dissapointed with the attitude I got worse wit the area manager the person I thought he will be of help instead he was the worse . This the second time bradlows is giving me a problem last time I was having a problem with my fridge I bought from them they send a bush mechanic to repair my fridge a person whom they dont even know to the warehouse he was not even working for Morkels which is in Durban, the day he was coming to my house he said to me if morkels phones me I must say he is home for my fridge at time he was not even to my place he came in the evening.
