Complain –Lounge Suite bought at Bradlows Hazyview:

Complain –Lounge Suite bought at Bradlows Hazyview:

On the 24th December 2015 I Bought the Leather Lounge suite at Bradlows in Hazyview .The Sales person who assisted me is Sylvia Mnisi .I asked the Manager to notify me before the delivery truck leave the shop which it didn’t happen.

The lounge suite was delivered the same day and they were seriously damaged by the delivery guys on the day of delivery.Beacuse the couch couldn’t fit at the main Entrance, They forced them through the door in the absence of adults. Until they left 2 of them outside and it was bit raining.

My first complain was on the 27th of December in 2015 which was 3 days after the delivery . Mid-January 2016 I went to Bradlows in Hazyview and The Manager (Musa) told me that he is going to take responsibility and he will make sure that the lounge suite will be repaired. I even told the lady who phoned me from their call center regarding the first payment that the goods were damaged .I waited without action. In April 2016 I phoned Sylvia Mnisi of which she told me that the Manager is busy working on this case.

In August 2016 I went to Hazyview again then Sylvia took me to Joshua who happened to be a new Manager of the shop, He asked about the reference number which was not provided at first. Sylvia confirmed that she and Musa Knows about this complain .Joshua Logged the new call because their procedure goes like that .I received the reference number after.

Some guys were sent to my house to take the pictures of the lounge suite in order for them to view the damage, after some few weeks the truck was sent to my house again to collect the lounge suite.

In November 2016 I phoned Joshua Kgadima, then he referred me to the warehouse .I phoned the warehouse then Lynette Mashabane told me that Hazyview bradlows must pay for the repairs because the delivery was from Hazyview not from the warehouse. Joshua Kgadima then phoned me and he said he is waiting for an authorization from his Manager.

In December 2016 Joshua told me that their suppliers are closed for the festive season therefore they cannot get the leather cloth to repair my lounge suite. So I must wait until January 2017.

On Monday the 30th January 2017 I phoned Lynette of which she told me the very same story of payment .I forwarded the email to Lynette Mashabane, Joshua Kgadima and Franziska Van Dyk .Franziska phoned me and she said their supplier refused to repair my lounge for free because my claim is out of warranty and why I took time to complain , then I must pay an amount of R6270-00. She emailed the invoice and the rejection letter from their supplier (Refer to the attached ) .I must accept the payment if not I must collect my lounge suite unrepaired and She is giving me 14 days to respond failing to do so She will charge me the daily storage . With all the frustrations I’m still paying the monthly instalment.

The Sales lady (Sylvia Mnisi) and the Manager knows about this complain.

My Concerns are as follows:

-The delivery guys were from their shop in Hazyview but now the Mangers refuse to take responsibility
-I logged the complaint from the 27th December 2015 and I was sent from pillar to post till the 3oth January 2017( I dealt with 5 employees including their Regional Manager)
-I wonder why she is referring me to the supplier , If there is a problem it has to be sorted between them
-Their guys were sent to my house first to take some Pictures then after after a week they went back to my hose to collect the Lounge suit for repairs , Now I’m the one who supposed to pay for the repairs and Transport
-I was even told that my goods are insured.
