Complain

I bought couches December 2020 and were collected for repairs for the third time. I called the company several times to replace my couches with no luck instead they collect them for repairs. I even threatened by not paying/reversed payment but nothing is happening

I find it surprising as the customer why I pay for something that is always repaired whiles I'm paying for new thing. I'm totally disappointed about Bradlws at Tsakane Mall.

please help because I want those couches to replaced or the company pay back my money.
