Complain

Hi, I’m very disappointed with the service I received regarding my wardrobe order. I finished my lay-by payment on Wednesday, 26 November, and I was told delivery takes 48 hours and that I would get a call. Until today, no one has contacted me and the wardrobe has still not been delivered.

I was also never informed that I would have to assemble the wardrobe myself. This is very unfair and unprofessional.
