Complain at bradlows

I bought my bedroom suit at bradlows pietermaritzburg, the delivered a damaged headboard and dressing, I complained they said they will change the furniture, but even now the don't come to change it, I'm really hurt because I trusted them for best and strong furniture.... Please help, I can not lose my money on a damaged stuff
