COMPLAIN🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡

On the 24 February 2024 went to Bradlows Evaton bo buy TV, LG sound system and TV stand. We spent R14,499.90 that day. TV it's was 60inch smart TV which was R6,956.48 and we were given a display TV. The TV was transported by the guys that work with them for transporting their furniture. TV was delivered to our place the following day switch the TV on and it has a Crack the return it to the shop and the Manger of that shop didn't want to help us and he never wanted hear anything we say him, he even told us to call head office. Even now the TV still at brodlows and quess what that manager retired same month we bought it after we told him we going to report him. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BRADLOWS THE SERVICE WE GOT THERE ITS NOT AYOBA. THE ONLY THING THEY CARE ABOUT IS WHEN YOU SPEND MONEY OR BUY SOMETHING JUST IMAGINE R6,956.48 DOWN THE DRAIN AND STILL KEEPING THAT TV AT THE SHOP. I HATE THAT SHOP AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SOMEONE OR MY FAMILY TO BUY ANYTHING EVER. NOW IM LEFT WITH TV LICENSES THAT I HAVE TO PAY WITHOUT A TV
