Collection receipts

Am a regular customer at bradlows,they were always good to me until yesterday on the 26,I bought a single bed at bradlows pretoria andries and I told them that I will collect it myself at Roslyn factory...I paid a bakkie for my collection,when he arrived there,there told him about collection receipts which they didn't provide me with...at 16:00 today try to call bradlows andries for explanation,they didn't answer the phone,bt is closing at 17:00..I tried several times,am so crossed and I used to praised it as my number store
