Cold day in hell to ever do business with Bradlows again

This is the worst business I have ever ever encountered I am constantly being harassed for an account that is up to date. They have no communication skills to even talk to each other to find out what is going on do they not take notes. Everytime I get a call that the account is unpaid I send proof of payment it's then updated and the **** starts all over again the nxt month. And when asked again which month is not paid it's suddenly a different month it's a constant cycle of them not being competent to handle a simple account. I will never recommend this company infact I will scream loud and wide why this company is useless and to never do business with them. I even went into the store that I initially bought the items with the proof of payments even they said all is in order ignore the callcenter I am at wits end on how to get this company to get their **** in order. I even still get calla from the shop to come and purchase more. That will be a cold day in hell
