Closing Bradlows shops before trading time

Yesterday (03 July 2021)I went to Bradlows Market Street, Johannesburg... I am so disappointed at the service regarding trading hours. I was sent to do an Affidavit by the police station because I didn't have receipt for my Laybye refund (which I understand and went ahead and did it)... I therefore asked what time are they closing and they said 2pm. To my surprise, while I was about to park they were standing outside locking the doors at 13:44 pm to be exact... How can this be?? When I purchased my lounge I was still staying in Johannesburg CBD, now I am in the East Rand... So to think about it, I drove all the way for nothing just because they chose to close earlier before trading hours. I am disappointed at whoever is managing that store, couldn't they wait for 2pm, that means it's not the first time doing it. Now I have to drive back to Johannesburg to submit the documents which I could have done that with the 15 minutes left if they were open yesterday (03 July 201). My request is for your branches to respect their customers and time....
