Claim

<p>Hi. I purchased lounges and a coffee table at Bradlows some time last year at Kempton Park Festival Mall. Recently the glass from the coffe table detached from its wood so I went on and contacted Bradlows on Monday and I was told to call on Tuesday when the store manager will be there. On Tuesday I called the store manager and he told me he will call me before 11pm the same day. At 3pm I decide to call again asking the store manager why he never called me as he promised, he said he was busy took down my ID number and cellphone number and said I'll receive an sms with a reference number to show that they lodged the query and I should wait for someone to come over and check the damage on the table. On Wednesday I call again and they say the store manager is out so I tell the lady to take down a message for him so thatthe manager calls me. I have not received any sms or atleasta phonecall showing that something is really being done with regards to my query. I am highly annoyed and disappointed </p>
