Cheaply made Product and pathetic service from Bradlows Store - Liberty Towers Building - Durban Central

I bought a recliner lounge suite from Bradlows Store - Liberty Towers Building - Durban Central.

The first time it was delivered, the 2 seater was broken so the guys took the lounge suite and delivered a new lounge suite,

On the second delivery, the single seater back rest was loose abd the guys advised us that its fine cos its a recliner and thats how its made, we thereafter laid a complaint and the guys returned with a new single seater, the delivery guys the came through this time actually showed us how the single seater recliner arm was bent,

The 3rd complaint the 3 seater back rest is also loose and not clipping on, we then laid another complaint.

A customer care agent contact us and said that it would be escalated,

We for the 4th time we see the single seater back rest is sitting in an angle,

Numerous occasions i went to the store, the manager always tells us to keep calling customer care and that we need to put pressure on them to sort it out.

I have this lounge suite for not even a month.

The sale made pushed and made quick and fast, but the after service is absolutely ****,

There is no help or sense of urgency!

This lounge suite costs 18K and it was bought on HP which makes it even more.

Someone needs to contact me urgently!!!!!!
