Cheap quality materials and worst customer service

im very disappointed with the quality of your bedroom suites... Bought one in may/june 2022 and it started peeling off... I logged a complaint with the store, the ladies were very helpful and they came to replace the items that were peeling off and noticed that headboard, pedestals and mirror were peeling off. One of the drawers off the rail and I was impressed about the fact that they will replace everything. After they left and started noticing that the headboard is a plastic version of what I initially ordered😡😡😡... This happened on Friday and had to find old pics to prove my suspicion... I contacted the fb page and was told to wait 48-72 hours to be contacted. I went to the store and was told they were offline still on Tuesday. On day 4 I went back to the fb page and was told someone will contact me and at 3pm I told them I want this sorted and want my money back cause clearly they think we have time to follow up on their job that they are paid to do. They said I should go log a refund with the store😤😤😤... Do we have time to sit around? Drive around and following up on people that are getting a salary to do? BS
