CASH PURCHASE,12 DAYS LATER..NO DELIVERY!!!!

Bad Service! I bought a bed and tv stand at Bradlows Thaba Nchu on the 12th of October (Conti was the salesperson).I paid cash for the goods and delivery.On the 14th,I received a call from a lady by the name of Debbie(very friendly lady) from a warehouse in Welkom confirming delivery for my bed and I asked her about the tv stand and she said she doesn't have it in stock and she's going to call the store that I bought from so that they can arrange for a stand to be delivered. A week later NO DELIVERY!.I called the store and spoke to Agnes who advised that Conti cannot take my call as he is busy with an angry customer.After 4 messages left for Conti to call me as I needed an update with regards to the delivery,request fell on deaf ears. I then called Debbie again from the dispatch department to find out what the agreement was with the branch when she called to arrange for delivery from their side,she advised that the "store" said they'll call me and arrange.I've been struggling to get through to the store for a week now as their phones never go through and nobody has bothered to call me after 2 weeks of purchase.I called the complaints department and I was told to take my bankstatement and go ask for a refund which can take up to 15 days. Is this really the kind of service you offer?.
