Cancelled order but refund not received

I bought a bedroom suite at Bradlows Pretoriuos street , Pretoria on 1 August 2015. I was informed that it will be delivered on 3 August 2015. But it was not delivered. I went to the store on 4 August to ask what was happening, but due to the bad attitude of the manager I ended up cancelling the order. I was told that since i paid with a credit card i will receive my refund after 7 working days. 7 days have passed and i still have not received my refund.
