can i kindly have urgent assistant regarding this

i bought two twin beds head boards cash last year October ?t took them 3 weeks to deliver when they finally did the head boards were faulty they did not have wholes to ***** inn the mirror. the delivery gentlemen left them regardless i reported tye matter to the manager Mitchel the following day and requested that she sends someone to fetch the faulty once and bring me new once she agreed that was in November last year.<br> <br> she kept making one empty promise after another at times she will ignore my calls or say she is busy on another line she will get back to me but she would not .every time i managed to get hold of her she will tell me the delivery guys are on their way but they will never pitch. in December i started being rude and Chicky on the phone told her i am going to report her she finally sent 2 guys to come and make wholes o n the head boards she will exchange them first week of January because it is difficult ?n December most factories are closed i agreed to the temporary arrangement . ? called her mid february to remind her and she was extremely rude to me telling she does not manufacture head boards its end of march i still have not received the new head boards.
