I just received a call from Thando on 01 June 2015, he advised me that the call was recorded. Please listen to this recording and train your call centre staff. He asked me when the stop order should go through, I rep**** on the last day of the month. He then wanted to know on what day am I paid. I told him on the 25Th. He then asked me if there will be funds in my account. I regard this as a insult, I have a more than excellent credit record on my stop orders. It has got nothing to do with him or Bradlows when and how much money is in my account.
