Buying bed at Morkels

<p>I bought a bed at Morkels klerksdorp 79 Anderson neser street, Tel No: ********** .</p> <p>I bought a bed on the 28-05-2016 amd it was promised to be delivered at my place Khuma later by monday, but unfortunately the promise was not made, I then sent my brother back to the store on Tuesday 7th of June they told him I didnt pay for delivery hence the bed was not deliver, He paid the delivery fee but still it was not delivered the other reason was the bed was not available at the store but the time i pain them that was no mantioned, I told my brother to tell them I want my money back they ahud refund it, but they said I shud come personally for that in the store.</p> <p>I went there Friday the 10th when I got there was told the system was offline for the refund, I went back Sa****ay 11th and again the store manager lady told me they did not have such cash in the store, with my patience I went back again today 12th and still there was no money and also the bed i paid for full cash was not available.</p> <p>I went to the store because I needed that bed immediately, but its now two weeks already and I am with nothing to sleep on this cold weather, how could the store manager be so cruel why dont they just deliver the bed or give me the money so I could just go find it at other store, Please help me get this resolved as my word of mouth couldn't shake them enough to assist me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would highly appreciate your help on this matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you.</p>
