Broken Sofas

I bought couches(sofas) called Zanzibar at bradlows empangen sanlam; within a month one of the sofa cracked in the wood, I went and report they said I should take photos and show them; I did; the problem started when they were supposed to send someone to fix they said they cant find my documents; they also dont find it on the system it only shows other things that I have bought but not sofas; I have been moving up and down at my expenses to ask them to take this broken sofa since on October last year. I have been a loyal customer I have bought many things from them but the way they treated me is unfair. I called head office the lady I spoke to promised to call me back but she never did. I want them to take their sofas and give my money back.
