Broken seats

I purchased 7 seater recliner couches back in November from Bradlows in Claremont, Cape Town, they delivered broken sofas in December, I then contacted them the next day, they sent someone to check who said they were installed incorrectly, however, this was not the case, the seats are completely broken as the top part comes off completely without even touching the lever. I've since been contacting them about this and been told they will send someone to fetch them. It's now April and I'm still waiting. I'm very disappointed and angey, I'm paying for broken manufacture fault sofas.
