Broken Drawer- Dishonesty & Unreliable!!!!

Dishonest and awful service. We purchased a bedroom set and a very expensive price. Upon delivery one of the drawers was broken inside. Reported the matter sent pictures and was advised the manager is on top of it. Kept following up now the NEW MANAGER is busy "sorting" everyone's query as the old one was "***********'. KEPT ON FOLLOWING UP WITH THE NEW MANAGER NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN - WE BROKE THE DRAWER????? THEY CAN REFUND US OR FIX THE DRAWER!!!!
