Broken cupboards Still paying Lying store manager

I purchased cupboards and reported the fault immediately I have been to the store many times to find out what the status of my return is at this point I want to return all items purchased at this store as the store manager has promised me every single time that she will be calling me however nothing. I am still paying for the full purchase of the items but not able to make use of the items. I have sent emails complaining to head office but 5 months later we still stuck with no one calling us back when you go into the store its a quick we will call you back but nothing. I am now wanting to deal with someone above the store manager as she has failed to deliver for months now.
