Broken couches

I bought couches at bradlows louis trichardt in makhado, the 3 seater is broken in hardly 2 months when you sit the middle couch moves forward and does not align with the other 2. I went to the store several times they keep on saying they will come,but they don't show up. Please assist me how can they reap of a 66 years old woman
