Broken couches

<p>I bought a lounge suite In April for a large amount of money only to figure out that the loungesuite has *****s sticking through the leather and the plank is broken. We have made numerous calls for a new lounge suite seeing though we paid so much why should we settle to sit on the floor while bradlows tries to fix the couches? When I asked the call centre and manager would they sit on the floor with there family they told me nonstop turning the story around to suite myself.. Is there no customer service in this country anymore? Who would pay so much money for a lounge suite and then sit on the floor while it gets repaired? </p>
