Broken Bed Delivered by Bradlows

I purchased a bed with Bradlows in December 2023. Upon delivery the bed had faults.

1. The bed has a whole on the mattress.

2. One leg of the bed came broken and cannot fit in the designated hole of the base. I am currently supporting the bed with bricks.

The delivery guy refused to take the bed back as it was delivered very late at night.

I have tried countless times to get an exchange or refund but failed. Please help...I have tried their Facebook page, I have tried calling, I have tried going to the branch. I am running out of options.

The person who sold me the bed in Mandeni told me to wait until the supplier re-opens for 2024, I have been waiting ever since.

I need an exchange from Bradlows. This bed is stressing me instead of relaxing me.
