Broken Appliances

I went to Bradlows to tell them that not only is the fridge damaged but the washing is not working the way its supposed to they refuse to change or take it back I must wait on a technition to check if I'm lying or not meaning as a consumer I don't have a right to return goods. The manager was unhelpful at least Tammy was proactive. So I don't know what to do I just want my money back. I feel sorry for the other customers I'm going to tell everyone about my experience
