bridge of contract and bad service

I took a bed room suit with bradlows jabulani mall it was delivered a day late and the heard board was damaged, i wrote on the delivery note and i lodged a call on the 9th of December which is within their 7 days of delivery and till this day nothing is being sorted. I'm taken from pillar to post each time i call. From day 1 they showed their incompetence and bad service when they did not deliver on the date they chose and did not call to notify the costumer. I'm stuck with a heard board that looks like its being in my house for 20 years yet its hardly a month! I need this sorted out or they should take their damaged goods. this is *****. ref for my complaint is ***
