Bribery to open just an account!!!!

I cant believe the service i received at Brits cbd Bradlows Spar center , I only wanted to open an account only to be assisted by a male consultant who's name is Phillip, this guy told me that i should give him R1000.00 so he can help open an account what the hell is R1000 for? Then he had the guts to tell me that i shouldn't tell people sies Im never coming back there again!!!that gentle man is a **** and a is a ***** and I can't believe bradlows hires people like him.
