Breach of contract

I reported a bridge of contract by Bradlows a year ago in this platform. I was called by two different people at different times and every time I had to explain the story from the beginning. They ended up saying I never had an account with them. Unfortunately I had to move from Mafikeng now staying in Limpopo so I couldn'tpersonally follow up. I have the contract with me and it's clearly mentioned when I bought the couches, sales person and the guarantee documents I had to sign.
