Bradowls Germiston poor services

I bought a sound system on credit at Bradowls in Germiston. Before my first installment I paid a deposit of R1500 because I wanted to pay the account within 6 months .After my first installment I noticed that the deposit I paid was not reflecting on my credit account I went to their branch in Germiston and they said they will add the deposit after the second installment. After the second installment they didnt transfer the deposit to my credit account , I went back to the branch and they said they are working on it.I paid my account in 6 months but the deposit was still outstanding , I went back to the sales rep who helped me in opening the credit account and she adviced me to buy anything in the shop so that they can transfer my R1500 deposit to a cash sale , then I told her I want a stove that was costing R5800 and I paid R3300 cash. Its been 12 months now and I haven't received my stove ,if i dont call them to check how far are they with my case they don't call me to give me an update . If I go to their branch in Germiston they will tell me to come with my ID and bank statement for the day I made the payment for R1500, I gave them everything they asked for all the receipts but still nothing is changing .
