Bradlows:Horrible service.

I bought a headboard on the 11th of December 2024. Today is the 24th of December 2024 and the time is 21:45. The driver claims to be still on the way yet I received an sms 2 hours ago stating that I have received my order. What type of nonsense is this? If he ever shows up, how will I inspect the headboard so late at night? Horrible service this business must just close down.
