Good day Bradlows Team - I have a bad service ever I can imagine , my mother bought a dinning table and lounge sofa s last year 2019 March... so what happened now is my mother lost the slip so she has been going to the store and explain to them and even ask them to reprint that slip again they refused and give her excuses that they changed the system as they can't trace anything surprising is when I went to Bradlows in Pretoria i ask one lady who works at Bradlows that can she be able to check what my mother has bought she manage except the one for the dining suit and she told me that there is nothing like that , they haven't change their system .so I need urgent help because our dining table is broken so we need to return it so they are refusing bcz we dont have a receipts but how did they capture that amount on their system and the lady at Bradlows in Pretoria she said they can easily trace with my mom s I'd or Name and surname . I really upset because if I can't get helped I will take this matter up . My contact number ***
