Bradlows - You messed up Furniture store

I won't encourage people to please stay away from the Sealy brand - and Russels Store - Its like they working together to CON PEOPLE -they have lost their touch, and their professionalism. The Quality in service and of their Products is utterly bad.

I think my story will make you laugh, but trust me when i encourage you - DO NOT WHO EVER YOU ARE. AND SPREAD THE WORD

I Went to Bradlows Brixton, Johannesburg last year December 2021 - And Decided to go and buy a brand new sealy bed- The bed was around 8k I think. Took money from my credit card to buy it cash one shot. The bed was sleeping well for max 2-3 weeks. As in the same December Month It started hurting my side when i sleep like mad. had to take a few days off from work, to go and see the DOC. Started placing extra blankets under the bed to alleviate pain i was feeling at night. Called Bradlows - Spoke to them, and told them, and explained that the bed was defective and it was not even a month old. They said they need to get go ahead from SEALY. Sealy eventually opened in January and they approved the exchange. While i was in the shop, felt the same Sealy bed in the store, and let me manager feel the springs. we still joked, saying maybe the guys who was working on these set of beds was drunk. I was to scared to take another Sealy and decided to swap to a Mansoon Something. Here it became interesting. Waited around 3-4 weeks for Bradlows to deliver the same **** SEALY. I told the guys, this was not the BED i was suppose to get. Another week or so, bear in mind, I'm sleeping on a bed, where i had to add 4 blanckets under me to sleep, so that i cannot feel the Springs in my ribs. Imagine, 8k for a bed i have to put blankets on. Funny neh. Im a moss a ****.

Bradlows about a week, or two, they delivered the same DAMN SEALY BED. at this time, i was livid, I could not sleep on that **** bed any longer. Told the delivery guy - hopefully in the next week or two when you guys actually become competent, you can bring the bed I wanted - F**** SEALY. I took that from the truck, i had no choice at this time. Now my job, livelyhood was at stake.

Spoke to the manager of Russles and he asked me if i actually received the bed- I said nope. I took another sealy matress from the Truck. he said, ok but there is a shortfall of around R1200 as the other bed i took was cheaper. I asked him to please speak his superiors, and if they aggree to pay me for inconcience and medical bills, ill be more then willing to EFT emidiatly. Never heard from him again.

Now im stuck with a sealy that is hurting the **** out of me. Everynight - I Pray before i sleep, then i sweat Sealy Owners and the workes. Pack extra blanckets on the BED and sleep.

I escalated this issue straight to Sealy - There is a lady there Ayanda Mtiyane - its now been almost 3 weeks, She isnt comming back to me. I was thinking. I should take the bed to Sealy - I know they are there in ontdekkers - next to horshoe. I go and give the bed back. While my wife - and 2 friends and has a **** load of followers on FB - Instagram and other Media to live stream it. To explain people what a messed brand Sealy has become.

Please Sealy - do not say, that you give people a guarantee on the bed when you actually lying to the customers. This upsell is F**KED UP
