Bradlows worst quality

I purchased a grafton everest lounge suite from Bradlows verelum, which cost me R28000. In a year the leather was tearing from the stitching and getting peeled of. When I went into bradlows tongaat as it is nearer the mamnage said I must go into verulum, so I called several departments and was not helped so eventually when I emailed a customer complaint I received a call back how ever no assistance because they tell me my warranty is over I asked them to recover and I can pay and still no help. Worst quality and worse customer service.till today I have not been helped. They say my warranty is over but I have been calling when the warranty was available just didn't get helped.
