BRADLOWS WONDERPARK SOLD ME A ROCK BED(COZY NIGHTS SERENITY)

On the 19th November 2023, I bought Cozy Nights Serenity Bet Set from Bradlows Wonderpark. The bed had no display that I could review with on the flour and it was recommended to me as a good brand. I told the sales person that I cannot buy a brand I do not know but he still insisted. I ended up taking the bed. The first night I could not sleep on the bed because it is not comfortable and it hurts my back. I have been sleeping on my couch ever since and on the 21st November I sent an email then on the 30th November 2023 I went in to the store to complain and ask for an exchange or refund. I spoke to a man called Steven, he promised me that they will come and fetch the bed within 3 days. Today is the 6th day and no one came. I would like to please have my money back or exchange for better quality because no one is able to use this bed and no one will ever sleep on it. My visitor tried to sleep on it for a night, she woke up sick also. Please arrange for an exchange or refund asap.
