BRADLOWS WITH BAD SERVICE

On 26/01/2020 I went to Bradlows to make a lay-by for a bedroom suits and on the 03/03/2020 i went to cancel my lay-by to able to pay my aunt's medication . I was told that l must wait for 7 to 14 days for refunds, on the 20th I phoned the call center of Bradlows and I was told that I wont get any refund because it was not done on the system from the shop where I did the lay-by, I was told to go to the shop and do it again . I went to the shop and I was told that it was done only their head office must finalize it. On 23/03/2020 I called their head-office several times and was told to wait more days... why me?!, why us?!, why.....
