Bradlows Westgate mall roodepoort are all about sales and not customer care

I bought the recliner couches from bradlows Westgate mall in Roodepoort last year in November 2024, dealt with the lady by the name of Lerato. They delivered the couches and one couch was not reclining. I informed them within 2 days after delivery & they promised to send someone for repairs I even went several times back to the store without getting any assistance it's almost 5 months trying to get them to fix the couch,but they're very quick and easy when it comes to their debits and what's funny is that the lady (Lerato) is never at the store when I went several times.
