Bradlows West Street Poor Service

To say i am disgusted with the level of service my mother has received from Bradlows Durban West Strt is an understatement!!! My mom bought and paid for furniture and arrange for delivery on Wednesday. On Tuesday at 16:37 the sales person calls to let her know that they cannot deliver because the amount was short by a 1000 rand. Firstly how do you make such and error? Secondly i call him and he says they realised the error the day before yet we only get the phone call the following day at the end of business day, therefore moving the delivery date to two days later!! Mind you it is winter we are sitting on the floor. Today they call my mom to say they tried delivering yesterday but they couldn't find the address. Again why did they not call for directions? Today it is not 1600 hours and still no delivery yet they called to say it will be delivered today. The service was great up until money was paid and now we sit and wait on the cold floor in winter. I would never ever recommend one buys from Bradlows West Street ever again and rest assured that i will not return. Infact i am so gatvol i feel like cancelling the order all together. The sales person was Mtho very helpful till this point in time and the manager whom was unhelpful and ***********
