BRADLOWS - VRYHEID

Terrible and annoying service I have received from Bradlows Vryheid...it has taken almost 7 working days for the payment to clear whereas they bank with RMB which is part of FNB with which I bank with. Over and above that RMB confirmed that payment should have reflected same day. somehow Bradlows is taking me for a fool after I paid them in full including the delivery. Since I made the payment I have been calling them they do not even have guts to call me back and update me. On Friday the Manager called and advised that there is stock taking at their warehouse over the weekend, and by Monday which is today I will be called by the person to deliver the item. When I call them to followup... the very same Manager is not at work, and nobody knows about my delivery to be processed today. Now I am told to wait until tomorrow hopefully the manager will be available to advise.
