Bradlows very bad service and empty promises

2019 November 19th i opened an account with Bradlows and the lady promised that goods will be delivered before month end. todate i haven't received my things and they expect me to pay them and i was told that i'm in arrears. i have been complaining and calling the manager "Patricia" at Pretoria central but she keeps on promising me lies. i am so frustrated and so disappointed. i would really appreciate if i can get any assistance pls. connie ***
