Houghton lounge suite was purchased Dec 2023,in Bradlows Verula upon delivery faulty couches were delivered, even worse torn. It took this shop a month to exchange to Lagos lounge suite was purchased cash as well, whereby we had to hire transport and pay even a higher amount for an exchange. A year later I am still struggling for this lounge suite to be exchange which as well became faulty 6 months after purchase. Incessant calls have made to the manager to be answered by blatant ignorance and bureaucracy and red tape. Bradlows kindly uplift your lounge suite and payback my money. Appalling service, absolute disregard for CRM. It's been months and action has been taken.
