Bradlows umgeni game city

Good day, on the 29th of November i Mr moodley purchased a lounge suite from Bradlows in game city umgeni road, I was promised delivery which I had to pay R500 for delivery, it's the 5/12/2024, still haven't received my Purchase I called the company Bradlows, and spoke to my sales lady who's always giving me excuses about the delivery, and the warehouse is not getting back to her, I even called the Bradlows head office,, they was of no help to me, the purchase was for cash R20000. 00 +500 for delivery, please becareful wen purchasing from Bradlows, game city also the Bradlows manger is never in the office and don't return calls, her service is pathetic for being a manager,
