BRADLOWS UITENHAGE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE

I bought two sets of couches in 2020 from Bradlows Uitenhage Branch, within a year the couches started peeling off and I laid a complaint to the Branch Manager Jerry. He sent for people to take the first set from my cousin that was November 2021, and replaced them in January after a long battle.

In February 2022, they then took mine since he said they would do it one at a time, the manager asked me to choose a set for my replacement, I chose a set and I had to pay a top up of R4000, since the set I chose cost more than the one I had.

Now the challenge is that the Branch Manage is taking me from pillar to post when I ask him to deliver my couches, sometime he told me that the delivery people are late, the day before yesterday he told me that the delivery transport was hijacked, Iam now tired of his lame excuses.

I am fade up now, he is testing my patience. Can I have my money back since Bradlows Uitenhage cannot deliver, I do not have couches since February.

That is being unprofessional and inconsiderate of your store, I am very disappointed, I used to be a very loyal Bradlows customer, but this is ****.
