Paid in full for a bed online on the 19th of June 2020 and to date we have not received the bed, when we phoned in we were told to leave a complaint with their complaints department and they would reach us within 24 hours, No one rep****, thereafter we continued desperately tried to get our bed or money back only to put through incapable staff to assist us, We are horrified as to how a company can do this to their customers, Do the owners or managers know whats going in the own company, perhaps they should take a walk on the ground and resolve, they have no idea how this inconvenience the customers, especially when they have ****** your money
