I bought sofas in June 1st delivery goods had a hole problem started within a week they were obvious that they had factory default I reported till today they refuse to change them or give my money back. R28999.00 it's a lot of money to buy a new second hand if I may say. The lady from the shop came to see herself they were faulty. Bradlows are *****ing my money and bullying me as a black female individual,please help me to get my money back coz they do not need me as a client. They don't want to change or cancell the deal I DONT WANT THEM TO FIX THEM ITS A FACTORY FAULT. Please help to stop this people from bullying poor clients coz they are big. Bradlows in Vryheid.
