Bradlows The Bridge port elizabeth

I purchased a laptop from Bradlows The Bridge in Port Elizabeth in November.I received the laptop on the 29th of November 2023 and on the 8th the screen started jumping and the laptop took forever to open something.I informed the store and took it back on the 10th of December 2023.Since that time I have gotten the worse service possible.I have complained numerous times that I am not happy,finally a manager informed me that suppliers are closed and that they need to send away to them to see if the laptop gets repaired or replaced.i expressed numerous times that I dont want a repaired laptop as this is clearly a manufacturing problem.They only informed me on the 11th January 2024 that suppliers collected.Now on the 18th they advised me that the laptop is getting repaired as I stated I am not paying for a laptop over R7000 to get repaired and act up a month later.I have all messages etc. now they want to tell me i only brought the laptop on the 13th of december etc etc.I have my facts videos and all ready but this unproffessional furniture store I would never recommend they are sly and unproffesional and of no help.Head office just gives me the run around. I am so fed up that a christmas present for my 13 year old turned into this and no resolution comes of this
