Bradlows terrible service

I would like to express my utter disgust at the level of service we have received from the Bradlows Heidelberg branch. We have been waiting for the other half of our order for over two week, they promised it would be delivered Monday 26th April, after we made calls requesting for a follow up cause they do not care about keeping their customers informed. But still no delivery and no courtesy call from them. Terrible service
